With nearly three decades of experience delivering complex projects across Defence, electrical distribution, transmission, metering, utilities, manufacturing, and infrastructure, I have built a proven track record of leading high‑risk, high‑volume operational environments. My career spans senior project and program management roles with major organisations including Ventia, Western Power, Defence, Skilltech,  EMS Group, Formway Group and Downer,

I have managed large multidisciplinary teams, overseen major capital works, delivered customer‑funded utility projects, and led maintenance and construction programs across metro, regional, and remote locations. My experience includes full lifecycle project delivery — scoping, planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, stakeholder engagement, contractor management, SAP‑based workflow control, and KPI/SLA performance.

From managing 500+ monthly SAP work orders to leading  distribution and transmission projects, delivering national metering programs, and overseeing manufacturing and tunnelling infrastructure builds, I bring deep operational capability and a strong safety‑driven leadership approach. I am recognised for improving workflow efficiency, strengthening stakeholder relationships, driving compliance, and consistently delivering projects on time, on budget, and to specification.

Drafting
